* Valid for Sales 20 Apr – 11 Jun 12 and for travel commenced and completed 01 May – 15 Dec 12. Pricing is valid ex Auckland unless specified.
* ROUTING: AKL – LAX – AKL via PPT on the services of Air Tahiti Nui only.
* Book TN “Q” class internationally.
* Air taxes have been based on TN102 Thursday departure AKL/LAX and TN 101 Tuesday departure LAX/AKL.
* Journeys which require two separate flight numbers in each direction may require further air taxes to be charged.
* Due to flight schedules additional nights may be required on selected departure dates from Auckland.
* For travel ex WLG or CHC, domestic fares are available from an additional $178 per person return and should be booked in NZ “K” class.
* The NZ domestic add on is an instant purchase fare and must be self ticketed separately.
* Should this “K” Class fare not be available, please book your best available domestic fares to/from Auckland.
* STOPOVERS: A stopover is permitted in Papeete in both directions, however additional charges for taxes and land arrangements will apply.
* MIN/MAX STAY: Minimum Stay: 5 nights/Maximum Stay: All travel to be completed on/before 15 Dec 12.

ACCOMMODATION:
* Accommodation is based on staying consecutive nights for travel commenced and completed entirely within the dateband specified.
* Where accommodation overlaps two seasons a surcharge may be applicable for the nights that fall into the higher season.
* Blackout dates and surcharges may apply to some accommodation specials over special events/festivals.

* Child pricing is based on children 2-15 yrs sharing with two adults using existing bedding up to a maximum 2 per room.
* Please note children aged 12-15 years pay adult taxes on their air tickets and are charged at adult levels for their airport transfers.
* These surcharges are already included in the package prices listed.
* Many hotels in Anaheim will accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children however the third child will be accommodated on a rollaway bed and additional surcharges will apply.

DISNEYLAND RESORT HOTELS:
* Accommodation rates for Disneyland Resort Hotels listed are based on consecutive nights for travel commenced and completed during Value Season 12 rates.
* Value Season 12 dates are: 06-10, 13-17 & 20-24 May ; 03-07 Jun; 21 Sep – 04 Oct; 14-18, 21-25 Oct; 28 Oct – 01 Nov; 04- 08, 11-15 & 25-29 Nov; 02–06 & 09-13 Dec 12.
* Should your stay overlap with another season a surcharge will be applicable for nights that fall into the higher season.
* Disneyland Resort Hotels must be purchased in conjunction with a Disneyland Resort ticket.
* An additional child may be accommodated in the room with 2 adults and 2 children, however the third child will be accommodated on either a day bed or sleeping mattress, and an additional child rate will apply.
* Please consult your travel agent for information regarding room configurations and individual hotel child policies as these can vary.
* Please note some hotels have compulsory resort fees and porterage charges – these can be advised at time of booking.
* Promotional rates are subject to availability.
* It is our policy to try to present the true cost of our holidays inclusive of all the prepayable airport and government costs. Please be advised however that these taxes and levies are not within our control. Therefore if your routing or airline should differ from that quoted or a new tax or levy be introduced or increased, GO Holidays reserves the right to pass on any increase in cost.
